Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Dows, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Dows commercial property.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welding equipment ensures a proper bond on every TPO Flat Roof Repair repair.
Here's what falls under our Dows Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Dows flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
TPO seam repair was clean, tested it before leaving to make sure it actually held.
